I started the new year painting equestrian art. I turned my attention to the visit I made to the Andalusian Breeding centre in Cadiz last summer. I have painted this breed of horses on many occasions. I've been drawn to them for their form, their good nature and beauty. On this occasion I painted a mare from a photo I took of her as she was taking her morning walk before performing her show for the public.
