bloodshed
Takes its title initially from the predominant color being red. I instantly associate red to blood and blood for me is life. Not necessarily a color that calms but rather provokes and grabs my attention. Lines, circles, figures and smudges of different colors coexist with the predominant reds that wrap the entire painting. Black lines like the wrought iron structures give order and the green and white smudges add an organic feel as if they were threatening the industrial artificial order.
